You will have to start pulling tape off all the possible connections the wire will reach, and find the terminal it fell out of. Get yourself a better crimper and dont forget to pull every connection after you crimp.
I have a couple high quality crimpers, but i still tug test every crimp. I have done thousands of crimps, and still dont trust every one i do.

Put it on the DC ( = ) Volts setting not the AC (~) Volts setting.

If your volt meter has an amp meter built in, rotating the dial as above could blow a fuse in the volt meter

Probably blown fuse doesnt work now

Post a photo of meter please.easier to assist with setting.

Well your pics are not under the dash. Care to elaborate?

Looks like dial to right,50 volts setting.

Needle didnt move must have blown fuse. I will get a test light tomorrow
I tested spark plugs yesterday and it had no spark

I test voltmeter at battery first. Same with test light. Always check it before use. i buy the 15 dollar test light, not the 3 dollar one. Better ones are tough enough to drive over.

Somebody said 50V t the right, the white lettering. I cant tell what the yellow/ amber scales are ma and maybe A? (10A, 10mA?) BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET the switch in those positions, as they measure current, that is placing the meter in series with a load and not across it. Instant meter failure or blown fuse if you set to the current scales and apply voltage. That meter is not particularly well designed. Most meters have a separate probe jack for current so you can not easily make that mistake.

Update I got the gauges to work. The black wire is hot and it goes to a fuse box

good, now check all your other crimps, or better yet, get the right connectors and ditch the electrical tape and cheap crimp connectors before you have an arch and blow something valuable or worse yet, burn the car down

I never do such home-made relay wiring and the electrical tape hides problems. You can buy wired bases for standard Bosch relays (I have a box of them from ebay). Even better, you can get a relay & base w/ integral dust cover. But, in my old Mopars, I installed an underhood relay/fuse box from a late 1990's Jeep w/ ~13 relays for more elegant and reliable wiring. You can see it (black box) on the L fender in my 65 Dart avatar.
