Weather your running FiTech, Holley, FAST. Where in your car do you leave your handheld controller? Looking for ideas that are different then the suction cup on the windshield.

Mines just on the left next to the steering column. Cover Mounted with 2 earth magnets with double sided tape. Works well.

Got mine on the dash , screwed down , about where the heater controls would be on a 68 fastback-------still swivels tho.

Cable coiled up under dash and handheld in glove box until needed

I have the Fitech took me awhile to figure out that leaving the controller plugged in would drain the battery so don't hook it up that often

I like to see/know all the engine/tuning information all the time , and mine does "not" drain the battery staying plugged up all the time .

Holley as well ^^^^ leave connected no drain..

My. Fitech doesn't drain the battery, however I bought the biggest baddest Sears Diehard Platinum battery they had. 950 CCA

Mine is mounted off the bottom of the dash, just on the other side of the trans tunnel. it can be rolled up and placed in glovebox from behind if required. You can see it just past the stick in the picture,

Thanks for all the ideas. Headed out in the garage and came up with 2 ideas. First one I would need to make a sheet metal piece for the ashtray and mount it there

For the second one I found an old GPS mount and located it in the AC vents. I kind of like this one best. I could move it to any one of the 3 vents.

Sorry, I don't have a picture of mine. I have a FAST 2.0 and it is compatible with Garmin holders. Garmin has a bean bag type holder so I have it in one of those sitting on the transmission tunnel just in front of my shifter. It stays put really well, I can see information when I need it, and I can also tuck it out of the way and hide it easily when I want.
