I had an Edel Air-Gap that was that bad but it was S shaped! Sat a Crosswind next to it and it was laser straight. I heard The Crosswind wasn't sand cast but made from permanent steel molds but from a manufacturing process student looks impossible to do 100%, maybe the ports only?
