Actually, the change intervals are measured by engine revolutions.

There's another video ( 60 Second Oil Change or something like that. I can't find it again ). It shows a oil and filter canister simply lifted out much like a battery. We can only hope that technology, along with a core exchange program, is available in all brands some day.
edit for additional thought... Without first doing a Google search, I'll bet there are aftermarket remote or relocating oil filter kits for these Toyotas.

I think it's about oil change technicians transferring the used oil to recycling vessels with limited contamination and spillage.
 
Magnum Motors with roller lifters and fuel injection easily get 300, 000...
 
Toyota's are good the steering linkage fits the Borgensen box also the spline on the Toyota is the same as the Challenger if you cut the weld on the end of the steering shaft & use a slide hammer to draw out the old spline the Toyota spline is identical & tap,s straight in allowing you to connect to the joint pictured
