Pretty much the other way here.
Surrounding counties flipped, and the only real upset in the City election was a Repub Council-at-large seat went to a Working Peoples candidate.
My neighbor was running for one of those reserved at-large seats. He's been a good neighbor and a friend but couldn't help this time. He thought he could win on the 'base.' Not in Philadelphia.
