I had that idea in the 1980's as camouflage- take pic of what's in back, project on surface to hide.

I've seen pics of a haloween costume like that
The guy had a small camera on his back, and a live feed to a screen (kindle or iPad or something) that was visible through a bloody hole in the front oh his shirt

Made it look like you could see right through the hole in his gut
