14-year old Girl Invents Way to Eliminate A-Pillar Blind Spots

Couldn't hear the audio but it looks like a camera on the outside and projector inside.

I had that idea in the 1980's as camouflage- take pic of what's in back, project on surface to hide.

I've seen pics of a haloween costume like that
The guy had a small camera on his back, and a live feed to a screen (kindle or iPad or something) that was visible through a bloody hole in the front oh his shirt

Made it look like you could see right through the hole in his gut

That would eliminate their "blind spot" excuse for running stop signs and cutting people off constantly.

My 2007 CTD has a huge A pillar blind spot. I have to be extra careful especially with pedestrians

One more thing to break and cost thousands to fix. I'll just keep tilting my head slightly....

Most people don't know how to properly adjust their pass side mirror to eliminate the blind spot.

They usually just sight it down the body of the car.

What I do is go to a parking lot and park with an already parked car directly in the blind spot, then adjust the mirror so I can see it.

After a couple times doing this, you can do it without the second car.

You realize the solution in the article is talking about an A-pillar blind spot, right?
