What's it worth? 1972 Plymouth Scamp

2-3K depending on an actual look. How greasy it is, will it start and run smooth? Rust under the car and how bad and where?!?!

That thing could be a great project if it is reasonably priced within your price range not needing a lot of major work.
I’d assume tune up parts, brake parts and tires off the bat. Use that as your leverage on a cheaper price ONCE you are ready to purchase and IN PERSON looking at, under, in & around the car.
