did 68 s/s cars have small bolt pattern on front wheels when delivered?

yes, car was delivered to Sox & Martin very incomplete to give the shop time to get it ready for that car show in NY a few days later, is how I understand this story... Front rotors were production smal BP on this car, not like they later came from Hurst i.e. BBP
