Mustard is some good stuff.
I find that lately I have been ditching the ketchup for mustard or mayo for my freedom fries. (Freedom fries are like french fries except American, for those who don't know the secret)
I like mayo with fries but I think it's too fattening, so the mustard is an ideal alternative, because even if it is fattening, it doesn't really matter.
