Distributor advice

Stock style mopar electronic from Rock Auto...probably about 50 bucks.
...but you didn't want to hear that
Yeah my Dizzy is from the Dinosaur age, and runs an almost equally old Accell Super Coil. I used to run an Orange box, but somewhere along the line I switched to a Jacobs dial-back computer that has a built-in amp. I left the Orange box and harness under the hood (unplugged) in case the Jacobs puked, but it just keeps going, and going. The nice thing about that 71-up factory wiring is that you can plug any old ECU into it, and drive away, and I do mean any. Heck even the ECUs from my ancient slanty cars fired my HO 367 right up.So if you keep a spare pick-up and Ballast in the glove-box,you'll never be stranded.
My D is off a 1973 Dart 318. 'Course the thing has been recurved a dozen or more times. When you get your fueling right, any old ignition will work. I even ran that Orange box/ 73D on my 292/292/108 cam.
I'm a streeter tho so my ignition system really piles on the miles, but most of them are at under 4000rpm. With occasional jaunts to 7000 or more.
That ancient D and Supercoil, took my 68 Barracuda to 93 in the Eighth back in 2004.
