How to fix the dreadful Chicago Bears........

I don't know what the 'fix' is for the Bears.. but it sure seems to be coaching to me as an armchair coach. Nagy keeps trying to make Trubisky into Brett Favre.. ain't happenin! And not running.
I just hope they figure it out soon. As a Packers fan, I want a good Packers-Bears race for the division. Most Vikings fans I know are insufferable band-wagon fans.
