I am planning on the next round of fixes, upgrades, etc. for the Blue Mutt (69 Dart), since it has already had a mix of parts added I am wanting to find out about which parts to get, visually looking at something per a picture is dicey sometimes and I don't want to guess when I order some new stuff. Below is what I am trying to get through. I have burned google out but info is all over for what will/won't work.

Car is 69 Dart GT original 273 with the 904, now has a 72 360 with a 727, original drums all the way around, now has front discs, rear has been swapped to an 8 1/4 and has 10x21/2 drums.

Headers - info is conflicting from various websites and I haven't seen anything googling around with my setup. I like the Doug's, slightly cheaper than TTi's, they would be my first choice.

Motor mounts - car currently has some solid mounts that look homemade, they gotta go,

master cylinder - has a bad dual bowl on now, no numbers I can see

anybody with a similar setup that can help me get the right stuff the first time it is appreciated.

Sure.
Yes. G**gle is no longer a great way to find obscure info. Duckduckgo etc aren't much better for that...

First thing is get good references. There's nothing like having the info right from Ma Mopar.
Aftermarket often consolidates part numbers, confuses photos, etc. If you don't have an older, experienced parts store guy, there's a bit of a gamble except when buying the exact original part (new old stock). So expect some percentage of foul tips.

References:
1969 Dodge Shop Manual. Paper you'll have to buy. Bishko has a decent rep. Or look on ebay or here in the for sale sections.
Digitized versions can be bought, or downloaded free from here:

1969 Chrysler, Dodge Plymouth Parts Book.
Same as above, except free downloads from this page:
MyMopar - Mopar Forums & Information - Parts & Accessories Books

Those Manuals and parts Books aren't perfect. They were updated and changed as info came along or mistakes were discovered.
Those can be found under TSBs on this page, along with a whole lot of additional info available to the dealers at the time.
The 1970 Hamtramck Registry Library Page (1965 - 1969)

The Service Training was a series of books and filmstrips (later films) about how things work and to fix them.
Hamtramck Historical has 1969, but for other years, the On-line Imperial Club has a very good collection.

All cars after 1966 got tandem master cylinders.
It sounds like your car may have the later A-body calipers (1973 is first year), that would be a reasonable match with the later rear brakes you have.
You can do a search here for 1973 Master cylinder part numbers.
Here's one I posted: How come all my manual drum cars have disc master cylinders?
There will also be a number cast into the bottom of the m/c. The article on master cylinders archived at moparts has many of the casting numbers cross referenced.

Make sure of motor mounts thickness if you have 67-72 K member. There are some horror stories of Doug 453 headers hitting power steering box and torsion bars every where. Some mounts are thicker setting engine higher in engine compartment. Look in exhaust section of forum.

a little clarification, I am not trying to return car to stock, wanting to find what is best to be used with what I have now.

K-member is original from what I can tell

I figured you weren’t returning it to stock. I just wanted to give you a heads up on the different thicknesses of the biscuit style motor mounts, as I have seen issues with header installation.
