I think PG&E outsourced their maintenance to a land far far away years ago. That's why they are in dire straits now. :realcrazy:

WOW internet uses call centers... Many of them in other countries... I've tried asking to speak to a supervisor or manager for a month now and still not one has called me back or answered the phone while I was waiting... I don't think there are any supervisors or managers in their call centers.... :icon_fU:

Then there are no numbers to try to call them locally to get someone with any authority to take care of the incompetence.... :mob:


I am now listed in their computers as an "Irate customer".... :mad:

I really tried to be patient, but after 6 weeks of no results, and then two promised in the same day for a supervisor/manager to call me back, then I called and said that I wasn't going to hang up until I spoke to a manager (who they said was busy and would be available in 5 minutes), after an hour on the phone, still no manager to talk to me.... :icon_fU:

Then they wonder why I got pissed off.... :mad: :realcrazy: :elmer:
