if you have not already purchased a timing chain setup, get the kit with the spring tensioner. it can come in single roller or double roller. then you will never have chain stretch.
Exactly. I replaced my timing chain and tensioner with a mad worn out chain so bad it retarded the timing. Great set up though. A shame it was only 175K on the 3.9 V6 (2003 Dakota 4X4)
