Inner liner under door panels?
Just a FYI, I lined the backs of the panels with cheap moving blanket material and then covered that with the plastic leaving the bottom of the plastic loose for breathability.
It helps insulated from heat, cold and sound.
Not the quilted stuff, but the single layer stuff like trunk liner.
