Inner liner under door panels?
Used heavy poly from the local home store. I have templates for 69 FB fishes! Also sent My originals to James at Detroit muscle. He likely has them ready to send.
They are not cut to door panel size exactly. On the bottom edge they are folded. I found some Black paper type masking tape just like the original stuff.
Doors had a spray tack on them. Rear used a rope type mastic similar to that used to seal the heater box halves. I just used some silly dope or dum/dum whatever you want to call it, that came with my sun porch to seal the rear windows. It rolled out great in your hand to a string that wrapped the circumference of the rear opening area.
