A co-worker just had his brother in laws mustang dynoed in a place near me.
He charged them 40 bucks for three pulls.
The guy has no overhead, he put a chassis dyno in a small garage on his property, doing it as a hobby.
The Mustang made 415 at the wheels, 460 Ford, in a newer body, decent street car, drive anywhere.
I think the guys website is wvdyno.com, I will update if it is incorrect, but the zip is 26554.
 
I would think that there would b a line of cars going around the block for that price!!
 
I just heard about it today, I am sure he is going to make some money when the word gets out.

I just heard about it a lunch today.

Really dont care about what my duster will make, I put it together mild.
.030 340, KB 243 pistons, stock X heads, LD340 intake, small carb, exhaust manifolds.
Maybe 250 at the wheels.
 
What kind of dyno? Dynojet or Mustang?

They give very different results.
 
Not sure I heard about it from my gear head buddy, have not seen it in person.
But it is close and it will give me a base line on my 70 cuda when I get it together.

wow , rape artist around here wouldn`t even think about doing it for $40.00 !
