They seem to hold up fine, I haven’t seen any significant wear of the soles on concrete, asphalt or anything else. My work is solid concrete floors with a thin carpet layer and my garage is uncovered concrete. 3 years of use and I have no complaints.
The insoles are 3 layer adjustable so you can pick the padding you want.
