Like Ponce de Leon, I have always been interested in finding the fountain of youth. I would like to experiment with one of these, might help to keep me feeling younger.

It might make you feel younger if you have back problems. I would like to try one myself. I wonder if more people have aneurysms with all the blood flowing to your head? LOL

If that woman is on the table at the same time with you....YOU WILL DEFINITELY FEEL YOUNGER!!!!

I have one and use it all the time. I have had low back issues for over 40 years. I have tried everything short of surgery. I took a chance on an inversion table. I use it 3-4 times a week for 5-7 minutes and I haven't had any back issues since I started using it. 0.02.....

I tried one, they don't work so well if you have knee issues. or weight problems. Do buy a new one, there are plenty of cheap clothes hangers out there. :)

I've got one and I feel better every time I use it. I blew the L5-S1 disk several years ago.
I do agree that if you are really overweight, your knees and ankles may not enjoy being almost fully inverted, but the good tables are adjustable for how much tilt and even 30 degrees starts to help. Definitely beats the hell out of the ankle boots with the hooks on them we used to hang from the squat rack back in high school.

i love mine. i use a heavy pair of hiking socks for added pading

A guy that works with me got on one at a second hand sports store. He's got a big belly, and when he flipped upside down....his bubble shifted and he couldn't get back over! He had to yell for help, and it embarrassed him to death. He didn't buy it.....lol.

Buy a good one! I have had back problems/surgery for quite a while. Bought one three years ago and found I don’t need to go full inversion, just use it 3-4 times a week for a few minutes each time. I have found that when you relax quickly you don’t need to stay on it for as long. You will learn what is best for you. They are great!!!

I've been wondering same thing. Bad lower back. For those of you that use one, can you post a name or a link so we can avoid the lousy ones.

Innova ITX 9600 has good pads and very adjustable. I’m a carpenter/millwright we do physical work. I don’t use it every day but when I have pulled a muscle or something is out of place it helps me. And of course like sex-it’s not for everyone.

been wanting to get jamie one to try because her back is all jacked up. are they all the same? marketplace has a ton of them. whats a good brand?

They usually run used from 100-200 but of course new I have seen them in the 1000 range. Two are in my area on offer up same tables as mine 75 and 150 don’t know what shipping would be

I can't remember the brand I have, but I bought it a Sports Authority for about $175.00. It has a 300 pound weight limit and it folds away for easy storage if need be. I leave mine set up. I have had it for 7-8 years and it's still as good as new....

Thanks Donnie, shipping would be ridiculous. Your input is appreciated.

Does anyone else find it humorous that the guy selling them in the infomercials name is Teeter?
