This is an old 50's 60's auto swamp cooler type AC unit, sit on the trans hump and can be hard wired or plugged into the cigarette lighter, the last time it was used it was hard wired, but the plug is included. Use it for real or for cruise=in's or shows, quite a conversation piece. Even has a bottle opener on the side, fill it with ice and water and the fan blows across the mixture and lowers the car temp.
