Hey guys!

I am looking at putting a full vinyl on my Demon. The car was not a vinyl roof car but I am thinking I have located the trim. Repop drip rail moldings are available. My question is two part:

1. If you have bought the drip rail moldings, where did you get them and were you happy with the product?
2. Where did you get the replacement Vinyl. I have found the roof at a bunch of different vendors but the price varies drastically. Early Birds is a Canadian vendor that has it for 480.00 Canadian which seems rich. There is bunch of companies that have it in the 250.00 us range and then there is a company called topsonline.com that has it for 169.00. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Legendary Auto Interiors has excellent products, and especially for old Mopars. I recently bought vinyl for my 'Cuda top, and am extremely happy with the quality.

Yep. Legendary interiors is what we bought for our '71. Just be sure to tell them what style you want. As we ordered one for our Plymouth which has the vinyl that runs under and across the bottom of the back window. Whereas the dodge ones do not have that. No big deal if you have one that you can trim off, but if you need it and it's not there, you cant splice it in. They will also ask you what your centerline to seams measurement is. As there are two different ones. It's the width that the center panel would be. Measure from your drip rail in to the roof. I can't remember the numbers, but it will determine how wide the center panel on the roof will be. Like 43" or 36" wide. I can get you pics of ours to show you what I'm talking about.

I would stick to a good quality brand. The cheaper ones are usually made with cheaper materials and the end result wont be as good. I use Legendary whenever possible.
No personal experience but I have heard the repop trim does not fit well.

I got mine from Dantes Mopar Parts. Also remember there is two different drip rail moldings. Vinyl is wider then hard top and are identified by the green marking on the back.

Thank you all for your input. I was not aware of the different drip rail mouldings but it does make sense. Do they offer the vinyl roof ones as a repop?
