Final update for this thread. Oil pan removed oil filter opened up. Some sort of goo was restricting oil flow in the oil filter. Opened up a new filter and it had the same goo in it. I mistakenly used a fram high mileage filter vs an extra guard filter. I have both in my garage and did not realize I grabbed the wrong one. The high mileage has some time release additives . However in the filter I used all the time release additives released at the same time causing a restriction in the oil filter blocking oil from entering the block. I have already contacted fram to see if they will cover it or not. I took off the front two rod bearing caps and both bearings were scarred deeply. the crank had very light scaring so the crank can be saved.
