If so, I would love to see what your servo mounting bracket looks like!

If you have this on a /6 car, I would also love to see what the piggy-back throttle cable bracket looks like for the speed control cable.

This may be a scarce option on these with no replies yet.

I am not the type to give up though.

Anyone?

A pal is going to mail one to me, so I'll be able to see what it looks like soon. :)

I would still love to know what the servo mounting bracket looks like though, anyone here have one?

I put one on my 69 cuda from a 80’s Chrysler if that would be any help.

I drew some schematics & learned how it works when I put mine in. Can share if anyone is interested.

I have a couple packed away. When I dig them out, I'll get you a picture. One of my setups was off of a slant car, but I can't remember if I got that throttle piggyback bracket with it.

A pal sent a /6 piggy back bracket to use for the ID article.

So a photo of the servo mounting bracket would be awesome, thank you!

The parts books have pretty generic pictures, really won't show exactly what it looks like. The 74 book does not show any A body speed control stuff. Must have been 75-76 only

Yep. The first model year for it on an A body was 1975, so it would not be in a '74 parts book.

my bet is that they were mostly on Valiant Broughams and Dart SE's.

I installed cruise control on my 68 Dart with a /6. I modified a bracket that I had to mount in a similar location to what the install instructions were for a 75/76 vehicle. I have it piggy backed onto the 1 barrel holley.

Here is the throttle cable + servo cable thingie… This one is for a 4bbl setup

I dont have a pic of an original ABody servo mounting bracket tho (I do for a 76 BBody tho and can take some pix if that would help)

Sure, please do. I may run into one sometime & want to know what it is from. :)

Sorry I completely forgot
But there are the two servo brackets I do have

First is from an 86 truck and it’s pretty much a 90 degree bracket and had the plastic housing servo

Second is the bracket from the 76 charger/Córdoba

You’ll notice the servo is bolted by the flange instead of where the servo cable to carb is bolted.

Hope these help

The versions with the large round center hole was in use for the 1981 model year & newer.

The older one you have is the same as the one shown in the article at The 1970 Hamtramck Registry - Chrysler Speed Control

Thanks!

( I am still hoping someone can post a photo of a servo bracket for a 1975 or newer A body too)
