Early A plate bracket,fuel tube

Hey Dave - is that plate bracket for the front or rear? To be honest, it’s been so long since I disassembled my wagon, I can’t remember!

Believe back, only because I bought
Different front bumper cause mine was junk.and it came with plate back and it was a bit different.
Could use either way from what I see.
Someone else may jump in that
Really knows.
