What do you know about the Dodge inline six revival?

6's are super strong especially for turbo.
 
I wonder if this is going to be a new inline 6 design as opposed to the existing slant.
 
Inherently smoother than a V-6 or V-8 as well, the reason for BMW sticking with them
 
They quit making slants and picked up the AMC 6's when they bought Jeep. This will be new I would imagine. No reason to retrofit a 50 year old design.
 
If they want a slant, just lean the Jeep 6 over, New oil pan and manifold angles. Audi 5 cylinders were crazy, dont know why they went with 5 when 6 was a 'natural'? length?
 
Slantys can poke a rod out the side pretty quick so not indestructible. But if you be nice to them then they just wear the rings out and burn the valves. You know, that 4.25 stroke is a lotta up and down.
