Tanks, Inc Venting

at some point it needs to vent to atmosphere. you can tie them all together or cap off what you don't, but you don't want to try and pull a vacuum on your tank. if your car still has the vapor recovery stuff installed, you could tie into that

So since, my filler neck is vented, do I need the vent on the tank?

I dont have any emmissions type of equip.
