technically that is a tank vent. so yes you can cap off the other 2 and just use that, assuming there isn't some reason the tank or pump each need additional venting because of the way they're built

Gotcha. I emailed tanks aswell. My thinking is the tank is probably, fine, with the filler vent, but the pump may need to be vented.
