That's what I thought. If they do this on a question wondering what customer service would be like.

i spent 4500$ with the guy in michigan they bought out
he shipped a load of crap to me-left over junk
naturally he turned a deaf ear- going out of business
guess what- so did qa1
would not help me at all
straighten up the mess i had
wrong k frame
2 different length strut rods
a broken spindle
1 lower control are pivot out of line
and so on
hope everybody here takes heed and
don't buy from them

I recently purchased some QA1 uppers and when I installed them I noticed that they are extremely stiff and hard to swing up and down once the bolts are tightened. I greased the bushings but should they be this stiff? Will they loosen over time?
You will want to tighten the control arms with the suspension at ride height, but the new bushings will wear in during the first miles on the arms. Let me know if I can assist further.
