Small 4" bolt pattern rallyes.
I need different a arms?

No problem. You don't need new arms. You keep your upper and lower arms as is. All you would do is unbolt your spindle from the upper and lower control arm and bolt this on. Attach brake lines and bleed brakes.
The kit shown is just all put together, to make it easier on the buyer.
The spindles and lower ball joint are identical to what you have now.
