Respectfully, I would suggest you proceed carefully about using the term NOS, which means "New Old Stock". A part that is NOS should not be in need of significant refurbishment or restoration; it should basically look as it did when it was purchased over the parts counter back in the day, except for minor deterioration associated with the passage of time. At least from your photo you posted, that manifold looks pretty rusty. Sure, it can be cleaned up by blasting or a wire wheel, but that's not what most people expect when looking for NOS parts.
