Had a guy refuse to ship a plasma cutter after I bought it on fleabay.
After two weeks of nothing I got to Atlanta where he lived, called the local DA and told him I was getting my stuff. He told me to call him if I needed assistance.
Got my plasma cutter and drove home to WI.
