My second 1965 Dodge Dart.

I have sandblasted the rim, and not going to sandblast anymore. I did not get it completely clean, but have to use the angle grinder with a sander disc on it to clean some of it up. It looks decent, but I definitely need to use a primer made for some rust. It will still be nice, but not like new. Well, it was the rim I found and since it is going to be for the spare tire I don't think it will be any problem.

So, this rim is for a 1964 station wagon. And in my interchange manual it says it is different from a 1965. Does anyone know what is supposed to be different ? Including a picture of the rim and the stamping.
It is still a 13x4.5 inch rim.

Could it be something with the offset ?
