On my 75 F250......first, let me describe the paint. It's original. It's that old "Wimbledon" white. Kinda a eggshell white. The vast majority of the paint is actually still good enough to shine up pretty decent. My problem is black mold. I can wash the truck GOOD and several weeks later, regardless of what I try, it comes back. I don't park directly under trees, but there are pine trees around where I park. Kitty's car doesn't get the stuff on it. It's just dirty. lol It's also red, if that makes a difference. I've tried it all. Good name brand car wash, STRAIGHT Purple Power, 50/50 water and bleach, Simple Green. The paint is oxidized, because when I do wash it, the wash bucket turns white, but dammit, something has gotta get this crap off and keep it off.

After wash w bleach try compound and wax, lots of work maybe just do one panel first to see the results.

Yeah that's too much like work. LMAO. That's probably what it's gonna take though. I need some new heads for my buffer. That truck's a lotta real estate.

Yea the bleach will kill it and the wax should prevent its return. I decided to drop $200 on a outdoor cover for my 79' F-150, it like to grow green goo on it..

Spray nine cleaner. I had a fiberglass boat covered in mold. Spray nine cleaned it with the least amount of work.

I wash going to say bleach and water as well. Automotive paint stores sell water based de-greasers for organic material, like tree sap, guano and other organic contaminants.
Solvent based de-greasers won't work on that stuff.

There is a product called "wet and forget"

It is for siding and roofs of houses. It takes time to work, I don't know what it would do to white paint but worth a try

I get that stuff around the gas cap on my vehicles. Its caused by the ethanol in gas. Never seen it before they started putting ethanol in.
Dont leave it on white paint, it can leave a stain. Might not on automotive paint but I have seen mold stain white paint before.

Order some nanites, the ones that eat mildew/mold. Not sure what they will eat after all the mold is gone????????? But I think that Fords leave a nasty taste in their mouths so you should be OK??.

hush up fool. lol

I reckon it's the porosity of the paint that is trapping little mold foods compared to Kitty's car (smooth clear coat). I don't have a solution but blue cap oven cleaner did a good job on the fire wall of an Impala I'm working on. The Yellow cap "Easy Off" took the paint off.

Yeah now that makes sense, it's also why waxing and buffing with a compound and a good polish wax would help. That tends to close the pores off and kinda seal it......for a time at least. Now I will search for something pretty good to do it with.

super clean works dissolves grease as well , straight no reduction , water rinse . my bud uses comet dry power with beach .

super clean is the only product i've used were you can clean it with and paint on that surface with no issues . all other cleaners leave some crap behind on the surface . this rinses clean enough to paint your car . and thats cleaner then any dish any ones eats off of .

Bleach and water solution on the buffer pad. Then use a good sealer wax.
