I will be picking up a 1970 Dart Custom sedan soon and I will post pictures of the headliner repair, maintenance and more of what it takes to make it more driveable.

This car is a 225 slant six, TorqueFlite, front bumper guards, and California Emissions (ECS).
 
It’s a California car that went to Oregon 3 years ago. It’s a two-tone radio delete car with front bumper guards.
 
I like it!
Especially because of the colors, radio delete, pie plate hubcaps, and yes, it's a 4 door!
Plain Jane, but not so plain Jane.
I bet it was ordered and not just a sales bank car.
I'll be watching this one.........

Thanks. The two-tone is what did it for me. I have another two-tone Custom sedan. Same color with a white roof.
 
I have one that needs a full restoration and it is another two-tone Custom sedan. Unfortunately it was side swiped down the driver side. It is more highly optioned and has a white roof.
Sounds like a cool car.
How about a few pics of it?
It's great to see people restoring the 4 doors, most of them have been run into the ground and/or parted out these days.........

It is it cost about $3500 when new. It shouldn’t exist because at that price you can have a B-Body. I will post some pics later on today.
 
That paint on the fender tag looks like the original paint on my 74 cuda. I think it was called sherwood green or something like that. Its a nice dark metallic green. Certainly one of the better of the 350 different shades of green mopar offered.

Just Dark Green Metallic F8. I guess they didn’t feel too imaginative when they named paint colors.
 
My other Dart Custom, the green and white car was actually parted out and I saved it from the crusher for $150, I got an engine, transmission, and k-frame for $250 and dropped it in and then went back and bought as many of the original parts as I could for $400.

I applaud you for saving the lonely 4-doors. Is there any history why? The ones I had were enjoyable until the rust moth rendered them unsafe. This was when there was one in every town and $300 bought you a runner with good tires...way back when.

I have no idea why. I just like them. I think every Mopar deserves a second chance and they shouldn’t be held at a distance or treated differently for not being muscle cars, sporty having extra doors or not being Uber-rare.

The 1970 Just is my personal favorite, and not to mention for $2000-$5000 for a running driving car they are still affordable.
 
The biggest issue with this car. I will get some headliner material and have it redone, I will add some Eastwood X-Mat to the roof.

Other to-dos will be the steering wheel, and the dash pad.
