Do yourself a favor, and shake those 13" wheels.
Use them as a door stop, to hold the E-Zup down, or as a boat anchor. Get yourself a set of factory 14"x4.5" steel wheels or better yet a set of 14"x5.5" . Add a 205/70-14 or 215/70-14 and your rolling. :)
