How do u convert from small bolt pattern to big bolt lug pattern wheel

So, is there a way to change the drum to a 4.5 bolt pattern from a b body to fit on the stock 71 duster control arm or to do this u have to switch to a 73 and up disc brake as I take it they did not make drum front brakes from 73 and up?
