Those rockers appear to be very nice rockers. They are for ball and ball pushrods. Unless u change out the adjusters to ball and cup. 89on35s got a set with his CNC heads and valve covers. Also a set of head studs. Kim

This is what I ordered...

Thanks for the link. Probably comes off the very same line as the PRW stuff. It does say they have needle bearings on the shaft but I doubt that is correct. The underside of that rocker is nowhere near thick enough for a bearing. So I'm saying they are bushed, which is better. As long as you keep the idle oil pressure up about 30 pounds (or more) you'll have no issues.

Let’s ask Cley (89on35s)as he has a set. Maybe he will pop in here and let us know. Cause I don’t even know if we even checked. Kim

I sure wish someone would send a w2 head and rockers to china for them to copy. I'd be waiting for the sales!

I used to have a picture of those rockers next to the PRW rockers.....look exactly alike except the PRW were shinier.

I ran a set of the SM rockers on my 73 340 Duster for a couple of years and never had a problem with them...now they are back in the box.

What kind of spring pressure?

just the stock edelbrock heads.....hughes 230-238 hydraulic camshaft...

and a few dozen blast down the track...

My order from 4:30pm EST shipped yesterday, FedEx has it, showing delivery on the 5th here on the east coast.

Too bad they didnt have the cnc heads with free intake!

From what I understand the intake has smaller ports than the Edelbrock air gap, might not be a good match with the increased flow from the ported heads. Using a super victor with mine.

It might be alittle smaller, but better than the other way around. A port match e Will clear up the mismatch. A free intake is still money ahead. Kim

SM site isn't showing the 40% off now. Thought it was through cyber Monday....

clear your browser cookies......I had a problem with Google chrome...so i sign in with Firefox and everything was good....
Everytime I used chrome it sign me ...and the discounts disappeared....i switched to firefox and remained a guest...everything worked.

I noticed that when I was looking at sets, I liked the hold downs, studs vs bolts and the pushrod length tool that came with the set I bought, so that made my decision.

For less than 10 buck more. that would be my choice!

I think the first set has better hold down blocks. same rocker arms and shafts.
You get the cheesy hold downs and a pushrod checker with the 2nd set

The second kit with the hardware comes with a stack of shims to align the rockers over the valve stem....plus the hold downs are steel and look like the hold downs that hughes sells...also the hold downs use studs and not bolts...

always out of 1.5 ratio rockers it seems BB or SM
