Aloha guys, I’m trying to locate a source for complete new interior, I looked at couple sites, but it’s little confusing. They have different carpets listed for the same model and options, also, I don’t think I can find complete set I need for convertible... what are your experiences with different suppliers? Thank you

I believe Legendary has complete 64 interiors for the convertible. You may find Legendary products at other dealers as well and probably less expensive as well. ACC are the people who make the carpets as well. Stock Interiors sells ACC carpets at a good price.

Try Dante's Mopar Parts also. That is where I got most of my interior, and they will make up package deals too, I think. They did for mine.

@RPM440+6 can help you. Richard has helped me choose the interior parts I need so far. Although I cannot afford anything but piece by piece, he has been a great help and has saved me some money. I will be finishing out my interior with his service.

And I think I saw a Black Friday sale going on for Legendary.

I'm not exactly sure what his role is, but buying from him saved me some money and he was a big help. I tagged him so maybe he'll chime. He also helped @prorac1 and @Prorac2 with the little 63 Valiant they all built together.

Thanks for sharing the information @RustyRatRod, we are a forum sponsor, but have not officially linked my profile to this site. Over on FBBO, my ID is @69bfan and it shows the sponsorship level. Either way, we are involved in the manufacturing, the wholesale and retail side of over 600 unique Mopar restoration parts to give you a brief over view.

Back to the original question, all of the vendors / manufactures purchase from one another to have product coverage. We are a supplier to Legendary on a variety of items. Through searching out different vendors, you will see pricing all over the board. Most importantly is to know what product that your purchasing. For example, PUI Interior pieces will be say half the price of the Legendary piece. Some of the PUI pieces are as good as the Legendary pieces, where other pieces are not as correct. You do not want to pay premium dollar thinking your purchasing the Legendary piece only to receive the PUI piece which is usually significantly lower in price.

Not exactly sure the extent of the interior restoration, but by shopping around, you will find that certain vendors can drastically sell for example sill plates considerably cheaper than Legendary. Like any business, this is a means for them to be able to make some money on items that they do not manufacture. The other thing is that most vendors will possibly drop ship items that they do not stock as it is much more cost effective to drop ship carpet directly from ACC vs stocking the various combinations. Personally, I feel the most important thing is to search out the forums for product reviews of the particular brand for the particular item that your needing. Search out a vendor who is well versed in the actual applications and not just a call center reading to you from a product description from the computer screen.

As mentioned above, Legendary is offering a 25% Holiday sale from now through January 13th. The better deal is that they are offering free shipping on orders over $1499 and half off on orders over $999. Not sure on how they would honor that pricing outside the continental US.

If any questions, feel free to drop me a message.
