We had Samoyeds. We had to put down our last female due to kidney failure. We could not go through that again, so we have no pets now. It works since we travel quite a bit.

Just Buddy, been with me 10 years now

We have 2 dogs in Breeze (Lab) and Kota (Australian Sheppard), so we've been told. They just love wearing clothes that my daughter and wife make them wear. I just laugh and give them treats to help their self esteem.

We've had Shitzoo's since 1997. We're down to one. We lost Buster to stomach cancer back in June. He's the dark colored one in the pic of them together. R.I.P. buddy. :( Prissy is still kicking though. Going on 15 and healthy as can be other than being deaf.

Just about the hardest thing I've ever had to do was to say goodbye to any of my dogs. I always look at it from the point of view that it's part of the partnership with them, they give a life of unconditional love, and all they ask in return is that we be there with them when they take their walk and cross the Rainbow Bridge as some call it.

Well let's see, first we have this lump. Useless. Unless exercising your hand to scratch him behind the ears counts.

Next we have this one. He actually earns his keep by keeping critters out of the yard and general home security. Lab pit. Don't come around unannounced. Lol

Then there are these two. Not exactly sure what they do unless we can rent them out for live Nativity scenes. Or maybe run a grist mill.

Actually they all just provide companionship and enrich our lives.:D

We’ve had this girl for the last 11 years. Rescued as a pup, she was part of that “try a pet out for Christmas” deal the pet store had. I knew when the kids brought her home that she would not be going back. Smart.....man, is she smart, like she understands everything I say. She’s my dog, only for the fact that I take her to the park, her favorite place, every day. Wouldn’t trade her for the world.

we also have a Box Turtle, whose name is.....wait for it.....Boxy! Yep, very creative. He’s another rescue, a 2nd grade class pet that nobody wanted to take home. He’s hibernating right now, so ill wake him up in the spring and get a pic!
