Ok, here you go. You can see the space where the lever was. I had to remove the carburetor, remove the primary throttle plates, slide the primary throttle shaft out and get in there with the cutting wheel on my dremel. It's really tight. I ended up having to finish the cut with a hammer and small chisel. Yeah, I kinda didn't like it either. But I got the thing off without tearing anything slam up. lol
