Not my area of knowledge. Just learning enough to figure out what I like.
Generally I find the finer its ground, the stronger the coffee. With pour over, if it goes through too quick its always thin.
I'm guessing the darker its roasted, the stronger the flavors but I don't know that. It may depend on the bean.
