Is this right ?!?! 4" cast crank

Could you just torque it up in a block for a month? Maybe bias a bearing a little with some shim stock? Beating on a cast crank sounds detrimental to its health as castings are brittle. I got a 360 crank turned down to 340 main and the flange broke a chunk when Fedex dropped it. I got the money and the crank back. Still got it. I dont understand the fear of a cast stroker crank. All you need is 4" stroke pistons and a balance. No special rods or bearings needed on a cast stroker. Build it so it doesnt need 6000 RPM.
