Any on know Mr. Norms cars? Thought they were all turbo sb? There is a six pack Mr. Norms air cleaner for sale for alot. Just curious.

Mine is a Mr Norm's 6 pack 340 Demon 1971. In 1972 Norm went away from the 6 pack and swapped in a Paxton supercharger on the 340

Mr Norms cars had a ton of option, basically they were as close to a factory authorized custom shop. Not all were turbo, in fact, very few were. Mostly they were NA
Thanks. I know he did a ton of stuff. That distrib I reverse cloned was for a guy was a turbo/supercharged one. 72 I believe. I want to meet him I hear he still goes to Carlisle.

It's Turbo Tuesday!

perfect. Do those air cleaners nos really get a grand?

I didn't pay nearly that much, but mine needs to be repainted. Got mine at Mopars in the Park just before finding the intake/carbs/linkage/fuel rail assembly.

This year I saw him at MOPARS in the Park, Carlisle, and MCACN. He likes to talk.

That has to be a hard car to find the right parts for

I think the 6 pack set up would be the hardest parts to find and have it now. After that, just typical H code Demon. I did get the key chain, license plate frame, t shirt, etc that would have all been given with the car despite Dad not remembering getting any of that stuff. Also have all the original paperwork from Larry at Norms.

I met him at Mopars in the Park also. Talked for a while, even thanked Dad for the business years ago, gave me a good deal on one of his embroidered jackets and autographed both sides of the chest, got pictures, etc.

A friend of mine had a Yenko BB Camaro. He had to sell it for money issues many years ago. The buyer still sends Ron a Christmas card every year telling him what he and the Camaro had been up to that year

Sad part was 9 people died from that erruption (if it was the one in NZ). Tourist were not supposed to be in the area... This according to what the news said this morning.

I tell you what, the area that always concerned me is the Owens Valley/Mammoth Mountain in Ca. Lot's of geo-thermal activity up there and the desert below is littered with volcanic craters, lava cones, cinder cones, etc.

We are heading to Costa Rica again this winter and will be staying at the base of a volcano (Arenal). Kinda freaks me out but still looking forward to it.
