I have no idea what they use, but I def wouldn’t count on the Street Demon carbs to utilize Carter tuning parts....... since it’s a Holley product....... not an Ede/Carter product.
So they have Edelbrock accelerator pumps their own main Jets and metering rods and Holley secondaries Jets on a thermal quad spring loaded on a goggle style 3 barrel carburetor...
