1965 Corvette vs 1970 Plymouth Duster - PURE STOCK DRAG RACE

Years ago when street racing I used to pick on Corvettes because most folks thought they were lighter than my '62 Belvedere which they weren't. Would like to know where A56 came up with the weight number quoted for the 'Vette as it seems to low. While these discussions are fun, on any given day with a different driver, the losing car can easily become the winner. After bracket racing a bowtie and fixing on it after nearly every race weekend, I went back to my Mopar which proved to be more dependable in the face of repeated abuse. Granted other folks have likely had just the opposite experience with the two brands, but I've never been more content than in my non-rat powered automobile.

right around the 10 min mark if you watched the video and my hearing is good, the enthusiastic talker said that the Duster weighs 3404 and the vette 3350 so that might be where I got it from. Check it out!
