Was this glass clean enough?

I count 4 swigs. Nice!

Just dry hopped a CA pale ale we brew 10 days ago. 2 oz of Cascades for 5 gals. We'll keg it on Saturday. Simplest recipe I brew, but good as hell. Dead ringer for Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.
Love Cascade!

Brewed our first lager today. It's an Irish red ale recipe we love, but this time we modified the grain bill slightly and we're fermenting it with wlp830 German lager yeast at 50*. I'm curious how it'll turn out.

Sounds good. Low temp and slow ferment. Makes for a smooth and tasty brew.

I opened a peach flavored brew from a local microbrewry. It was a "Peach sour" by description. Damn man, I brew twice as good here at home.

that quarter sawn oak is trying to steal the picture.
LOL. It's an old library table. It weighs a ton. I need to block sand the original lacquer finish and buff it up.
