I like them all but being a red blooded American, I like a nice crisp LagerFirst batch I made was real good and I don't care for a dark ale but was tasty.
Easy to brew even I didn't screw it up.

Love Cascade!I count 4 swigs. Nice!
Just dry hopped a CA pale ale we brew 10 days ago. 2 oz of Cascades for 5 gals. We'll keg it on Saturday. Simplest recipe I brew, but good as hell. Dead ringer for Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.
Sounds good. Low temp and slow ferment. Makes for a smooth and tasty brew.Brewed our first lager today. It's an Irish red ale recipe we love, but this time we modified the grain bill slightly and we're fermenting it with wlp830 German lager yeast at 50*. I'm curious how it'll turn out.

I am not a fan of the sours at all.I opened a peach flavored brew from a local microbrewry. It was a "Peach sour" by description. Damn man, I brew twice as good here at home.
I poured it out. Not a fan. Hard to say no to good home brew.I am not a fan of the sours at all.

LOL. It's an old library table. It weighs a ton. I need to block sand the original lacquer finish and buff it up.that quarter sawn oak is trying to steal the picture.
