Block casting number search

I guess I don't worry about what other people close by here do. At all. I just find it increasingly tiresome that it's almost always you who derails otherwise decent threads around here. Going back on ignore now and I'm not commenting on any of your antics any further. Nor are you coming back off. I gave you three chances. That's enough for me. Too bad too. Because I do think you literally are the embodiment of what hod rodding is all about. Your attitude stinks. Goodbye.
Oh and one more thing you goof.. look who he was quoting when he started talking about this damn pile of junk lying on the floor.. which it's still a pile of junk lying on the same floor..
Pictures of my next project

Still lying on the floor? You know I have a couple blocks laying in the back of my shed and one has numbers that says race block with no r... So in four years we've seen one Exxon Valdez video.. 1 bellhousing with a window put in it.. and several pictures of what looks like an R Block laying on the floor of the garage...
YAWN!!!...
AND STILL NO CHEESEBURGER!!!... lol..

I shouldn’t go there but I can’t resist any longer. I’m getting the intuition that that these two are either neighbors, best friends, or related and are trying to seeing who Is crazy enough to figure it out first... Any prizes for getting it right?

You got me!? I'm still trying to figure out if he's human or just a figment of my computer's imagination..

I think old high school chums or relatives.
But, we're fix'n to find out.
It's gonna take six steaks. :D

Are you going to sonic test before boring? I'm going to and when I do I'll post the numbers. I'm pretty sure I can go 4.125 to start and be able to go 4.185 before I'd need to sleeve it to save it.

Naaah i will just only go 4.04 to start with.

That stuff looks like it's worth starting another thread just to show it off, that reminds me of the pics of the Landy/Glidden modified heads with the magnesium tooling plate for the valve cover rail.

I havent figuerd it out yet if those block need oil restriction or can handel a sold roller yet from stock.
Do you guys know that?
Looks like i cant get a hold of that MP kit.

I believe the R and R1 needs the same precautions to the lifter bores as a production small block. In other words to ensure no excess loss of oil pressure you would bush the lifters or tube the block. One look down a lifter bore will tell you if there is a big hole or not.

Also check to see if other oil mods are needed like the stock small blocks from filter up through rear main cap, Main saddles to lifter galley, ... Not sure if the oil galleys on these were any better.

This is for sure correct. It has the LA and X block oiling system and oil timing (although some very smart people THINK there is no such thing but they are wrong) and has essentially the magnum lifter valley.

I know I have the spec sheets for I think every R block but I can't find them. Again. No more moving the library.
