I'll be the first to admit that there are some teachers that cannot keep their politics out of the class room. There are an equal number who can't help but to push their religious right beliefs as well. Parents, such as yourself, who cannot compose a sentence without making a grammatical mistake, are as much of a problem. Yet, you're the first to complain when your child comes home with a F.
I don't claim to be an expert on the U.S. educational system, but I have a much better idea than you do. I've actually been in a class room in the past couple of days.

Nowhere in my post did I make the claim of being a literary scholar but you did make a great example of why you should never trust a teacher to just teach. Your biased is so obvious i can see it from here. I agree no teacher should preach their religious or political views to students. Regardless of your personal feelings you should teach and only teach. Your comment about "right" beliefs i assume come from me wishing you Merry Christmas but I am not religious or would i consider myself "right". With that snide little comment though you show your cards. Just pick apart the argument and you make it invalid. Lol you get that from Maddow? I have known a few people in my life who couldn't read but they were juggernauts of men and somehow they wouldn't be worth your time. The welders, electricians, lineman, and all the other working class "ignorant" people you feel like you are somehow superior to. They make you sweet little existence possible. It's our tax dollars that pay your bills. I have yet to have a waitress, cashier, delivery driver exc. Push their views on me or mine. A teacher should be no different. I like what you said about here to teach not preach. The problem is what some teachers teach as facts are sometimes only facts according to them. So please continue to teach and teach well. The next generation needs you, just not your moral compass.
