the lifts both store under my car when collapsed....the only thing taking up floor space is the electric motor / hyd pump and that is smaller than a floor jack. I can pull my car in the garage, position my lifts and raise my car up in maybe a minute...you aren’t doing that with a jack and stands...it is obviously more than a jack and stands but is much quicker and easier
